Maji Rising is reimagining healthcare access by turning it into a community-wide family reunion

The 2025 Block Party

Our service providers and partner organizations were the heart of this gathering. Each one brings their unique expertise, culture, and care to make wellness accessible, joyful, and rooted in community.

It was about more than check-ups and resources—it’s about building trust, closing gaps, and celebrating health as a shared journey.

Our vision with PopUp! Healthcare Block Parties is to transform healthcare access into a community-wide family reunion, where:

  • Trust is Built: Establishing strong relationships within the community to foster a supportive environment.

  • Disparities are Addressed: Actively working to identify and eliminate barriers to healthcare for all community members.
