The Village of Care Happened.

The Movement is Rising

More than 1,500 neighbors came together for care, connection, and community, without appointments, insurance requirements, or barriers standing in the way.

From health screenings and healthcare to housing navigation, fresh food, resources and holistic healing, the Pop-Up! Village of Care showed what becomes possible when a community is met with dignity, trust, and care designed around real lives.

But this was never an event.

It was the second living expression of Beloved Kijiji, our vision for a permanent village where healthcare, housing, culture, connection and opportunity come together so communities can heal and thrive.

The Village of Care may have ended, but the work it revealed is just beginning.
